Send all articles directly to Stella Francis who does all the proofing. Do not send to Barbara Rhoades as this creates duplication and, sometimes, confusion.
Whether or not you will be submitting an article for the given time period, all members responsible for an article should send an e-mail to Stella Francis with an article attached or indicate in the e-mail that an article will not be forthcoming. This will help the Publications team ensure that no articles have been overlooked.

Saving your article
Please save your articles in the .doc format. When using the drop down menu at the time you "Save as", there are several formats to choose from in the "Save as type" field. Please select the format which reads Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc). A screen shot example is shown below.

In the world of Auxiliary Publications, please use their guidance in proofing division newsletters before publication is approved.
