"Displaying an exemplary spirit of cooperation and superb technical expertise, you worked closely with the Auxiliary Communications and Education division to rewrite the Prevention Department's Introduction to Marine Safety and Environmental Protection Course.  Through your diligent efforts, the course was brought into full compliance with Coast Guard format, content, terminology, and policies.  You ensured that it comprehensively addressed proper assignment to duty of Auxiliarists in support of prevention missions, included new materials to cover new Coast Guard program and policy changes, and emphasized practical training exercises.  As a direct result of your commitment to high quality, Auxiliarists were provided with a comprehensive and relevant training tool recognized by subject matter exerts at Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown as an "Auxiliary A-School Equivalent course."
